GrubHub EPS misses by $0.45, misses on revenue

  • GrubHub (NYSE:GRUB): Q4 Non-GAAP EPS of -$0.41 misses by $0.45; GAAP EPS of -$0.73 misses by $0.43.
  • Revenue of $503.74M (+47.6% Y/Y) misses by $3.72M.
  • Active Diners up 39% Y/Y to 31.4M; Daily Average Grubs up 31% Y/Y to 658,100; Gross Food sales grew 52% Y/Y to $2.4B.
  • Gross Food Sales: $2.4 billion, a 52% year-over-year increase from $1.6 billion in the fourth quarter of 2019.
