(NYSE: GRUB), a leading online and mobile food-ordering and delivery marketplace, today announced financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2020 and also posted a letter to shareholders on its investor relations website. For the fourth quarter, the Company reported revenues of $504 million, which is a 48% year-over-year increase from $341 million in the same period last year. Gross Food Sales grew 52% year-over-year to $2.4 billion, up from $1.6 billion in the fourth quarter of 2019.

- Revenues: $503.7 million, a 48% year-over-year increase from $341.3 million in the fourth quarter of 2019.
- Net (Loss): $(67.8) million, or $(0.73) per diluted share, a decrease from $(27.7) million, or $(0.30) per diluted share, in the fourth quarter of 2019.
- Non-GAAP Adjusted EBITDA: $31.2 million, a 17% year-over-year increase from $26.7 million in the fourth quarter of 2019.
- Non-GAAP Net (Loss): $(37.9) million, or $(0.41) per diluted share, a decrease from $(4.2) million, or $(0.05) per diluted share, in the fourth quarter of 2019.
