EatStreet officials announced Friday that the company has acquired Wildcat2Go, another food delivery service.
The Wildcat2Go website now redirects to EatStreet’s website. Wildcat2Go had been in operation since 2013.
“As a customer, it’s no fun to have to jump back-and-forth between services, trying to find the food you want – especially when you’re hungry,” said Matt Howard, CEO and co-founder of EatStreet, in a statement. “We saw a lot of similarities between our two companies, which is why it made sense to come together under one name in an effort to better serve customers and restaurants.”
EatStreet officials said all current Wildcat2Go delivery drivers have been offered positions.
Based in Madison, Wisconsin, EatStreet expanded to Manhattan last year. The company is in other Kansas cities, including Topeka and Lawrence.
