As in India online Food Delivery Service is already Dominating by Such as Swiggy, Zomato Foodpanda and Faaso’s therefore Amazon Promising to Charge one-fourth of The Commissions Charged by The Zomato And Swiggy, and signing up Restaurant in Bengaluru, Mumbai and New Delhi at rate of Five to six Percent Commission, As compared to the rival 20’s percent.

Uber has tried to sell off its Food delivery service UberEats in India to Either Zomato and Swiggy, but Has failed to get a buyer,where Amazon India has a potential to Buyout the local Unit of food Delivery platform Uber Eats, but the discussion between Amazon India and Uber Eats are n their Early Stages where they possibly looking to explore a strategic Alliance. meanwhile UberEats is likely to consider a valuation of $300 Millions, the talks fell through over issues regarding valuation between the two companies and have not commented on the issue yet we will wait for an official Confirmation by the Amazon India and UberEats
