| Item 8.01 Other Events.On February 12, 2024, Waitr Holdings Inc. (“Company”) was notified by Uber Technologies Inc. that Uber Direct would no longer provide delivery services for the Company, which decision was implemented by Uber Direct effective as of 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time on February 12, 2024. As a result, our online ordering services segment, which includes operations related to the Company’s technology platform for online ordering, has ceased operations with respect to delivery services. |
