Thanx partners with Olo for guest ordering, loyalty

Thanx, a loyalty and guest engagement platform, has partnered with Olo Inc., a software-as-a-service platform for restaurants, to deliver Olo Connect to its customers. Olo Connect is an ecosystem of services including Order, Pay and Engage, which will work together with Thanx’s guest engagement platform and mobile and online ordering, according to a press release.

The goal of this partnership is to help restaurants increase direct orders while managing customer data. Thanx and Olo have worked together in the past, and shared customers have seen benefits such as 40% faster launch timelines and 10 times more loyalty sign ups along with 85% cart conversion.
