CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (Iowa’s News Now) — CHOMP will now be delivering books from the Cedar Rapids Public Library to your door.
CHOMP Delivery will be offering the doorstep delivery of holds to homes in the Cedar Rapids area for a small fee.
Once you’re notified your holds are available at the Downtown or Ladd library go to CHOMP and schedule your delivery.
You can download the CHOMP app or visit chomp.delivery, enter your address, search for “library” and schedule.
Charges will vary based on location and can be paid directly on the app or on the website.
For assistance, please call 319.261.READ. Library staff will not be able to fill out orders on CHOMP for patrons but can help answer questions.
Holds are also available using the Curbside Holds Pickup process, or can visit the Library for grab and go holds inside the buildings.
