HungryBoiler acquired by GrubHub, changes will come by Oct. 30

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. — Starting Oct. 30, customers will find themselves ordering their favorites via

GrubHub announced the imminent change Monday.

“You’ll still have access to the same great features and services you enjoyed on HungryBoiler, but things may look a little different,” according to the facts and questions page titled “HungryBoiler Migration.”

Katie Norris, senior manager for GrubHub corporate communications, said the transaction acquiring the local delivery service was part of a larger announcement made on Sept. 13 Grubhub would acquire certain assets of 11 franchisee-owned OrderUp food delivery markets. HungryBoiler is one of these 11 franchisee-owned OrderUp food delivery markets.
